Terms & Conditions for WSET courses 

Prior to booking and or paying for any WSET Courses, you are required to accept the terms and conditions detailed below.

Full payment is considered evidence of having read and agreed with these these terms and conditions.

Payment - Full payment must be made on receipt of invoice.

Course bookings - The latest date for booking:

WSET Level 1 Award in Wines - one week prior to start of course.

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines - 15 working days prior to start of course.

*This is to enable the Examinations Officer to have sufficient time for exam paper ordering and delivery of course materials to students.

Cancellations - Cancellations can be accepted and refunds offered should they be made 56 days, 8 weeks prior to Day 1, the start of your selected WSET course. If cancellation is made with less than 56 days/8 weeks prior to the course starting then no refunds can be offered under any circumstances.

All Refund requests must be made in writing or by email.

  • When issuing refunds we reserve the right to deduct : an Administration Fee of €50.00, unrecoverable payment processing fees incurred with the booking, and the cost of any WSET study materials supplied (€50 for Level 1 study materials and €100 for Level 2 study materials

  • No refunds are available for cancellations received within 8 weeks of Course Start date.

Please book with full travel insurance cover. Emily will provide all proof of payment necessary.

Delivery of course materials

WSET ebook and e-study packs are included within the cost of the courses. However should a student wish to be send the physical packs WSET Levels 1 & 2 course materials can be posted via DHL to a student’s home address upon confirmation of payment of fees - these fees will be increased by €50 to cover the DHL handling charge. It is important that the student provides a full delivery address with post code, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Any materials that are returned as result of a failure of the recipient will result in an additional cost of return being charged.

Age restrictions - Courses are only available to individuals 18 years of age or over.

Proof of Age & Identity - Candidates are required to produce photographic evidence of their age and identity before they are permitted to sit a WSET examination. Failure to do so will result in a candidate not being permitted to take the final exam.
